You've taken the courses. Bought the tools. Started over more times than you want to admit.
And you're still here. Looking for the thing that actually works.
That's not a failure, by the way. That's a pattern. And patterns can be fixed once you see them.
Over a decade in the "make money online" space. About $50,000 spent on courses, tools, systems, coaching, memberships. You name it, I bought it. Probably twice.
Most of it wasn't bad advice. That's the frustrating part. It just never quite worked the way it was supposed to. And every time something didn't work, I figured the problem was me not finding the right thing yet. So I'd go find the next right thing.
(Sound familiar?)
Turns out the "right thing" wasn't another course. It was understanding why I kept starting over instead of finishing what I'd already started.
I used to be a psychotherapist. Now I do the same thing, just with funnels and email lists instead of couches.
First, I need to know what you've been working on, what you've tried, and where things went sideways.
I look at the whole picture. Not just what you're building, but how you're building it. What you keep going back to. What you keep avoiding. (The stuff you're avoiding is usually where the answer is, by the way.)
Then we put together a plan. Something simple enough that you can actually follow it. Something focused enough that you're not juggling six ideas at once.
From there, we work together. I'm in it with you. Brainstorming ideas. Looking at what you've built. Telling you when something doesn't make sense. Suggesting directions you might not have considered. Asking questions that help you figure out what you actually want this thing to be.
This is a partnership. You're not just getting a plan and a pat on the back.
You're building YOUR business. Something that fits who you are, not a cookie-cutter system built around someone else's success.
Email. That's the whole thing.
No calls. No Zoom. No community. No group chats. No scheduled sessions.
And there's a real reason for that.
Think about every coaching call you've ever been on. You spend 45 minutes talking, you hang up, and by the next morning you can barely remember half of what was said. You scribble notes during the call but they never quite capture it. And then two weeks later when you actually need that one thing your coach said, it's gone.
With email, everything is in writing. Every idea, every suggestion, every piece of feedback. It's there today. It's there tomorrow. It's there next month. You can go back and reread it as many times as you want. You're not trying to remember what I said. You have exactly what I said, word for word.
No rushing through a 45 minute window trying to squeeze everything in. No "oh crap, I forgot to ask about that." You think of something on a Tuesday night at 11pm, you send it. I reply the next day. Nothing gets lost.
You email me when you need to. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Usually faster. Weekends I'm slower because, you know, life.
There's no limit on how many emails you send. This isn't a "three questions a month" deal. You have something to ask, you ask it.
(Plus nobody has to get dressed. But please... get dressed anyway.)
You've got an idea. Maybe you've already built something. Maybe you even made some sales. But it didn't keep going and you don't really know why. You did what they said to do. You followed the steps. And it either didn't work at all, or it kind of worked for a minute and then just... stopped.
Now you're sitting there wondering what you're missing. What the secret is that everyone else seems to know.
You're not brand new to this. You've been around the block. You just haven't gotten where you thought you'd be by now, and you're tired of guessing at what's wrong.
Two options.
6 Months: $697
Six months is where this starts to work.
Enough time to fix what’s been holding things back and get real traction.
Two-pay option: $397 x 2 (30 days apart)
12 Months: $997
This is where it actually sticks.
We’re not just getting it moving. We’re building it out, adjusting as things come up, and making sure it keeps working as you go. Not just for a few weeks, but long enough to become something solid.
Two-pay option: $547 x 2 (30 days apart)
You bought a course from someone who was really good at selling courses. You did what they told you. It didn't work. So you figured you must have missed something. You bought another course. Did what that person said. It didn't work either.
After a few rounds of this, you start thinking there must be a secret. Some piece of the puzzle that the successful people have and you don't. Something they're not telling you.
There isn’t
There's no secret. There's no missing piece. There's just a bunch of stuff that sort of works, a lot of stuff that doesn't, and the tricky part is figuring out which is which for YOUR situation. Not someone else's success story. Yours.
That's what I help with.
✓ I'm ReadyThink about every coaching call you've ever done. You hang up energized, you've got scribbled notes, and two weeks later when you actually need that one specific thing that was said... it's gone. You remember the feeling of the call more than what was actually in it.
Email changes that. Every idea, every suggestion, every piece of feedback is in writing. You can reread it the following week. You can go back three months later when something stops making sense. Nothing disappears because you didn't write fast enough.
No scheduling. No rushing to squeeze everything into a 45-minute window. Something comes up on a Thursday night, you send it. I reply. Nothing gets lost.
No limit. You email when you need to. Day, night, weekend, whatever.
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, you can expect to hear back within 24 hours. Usually faster. Weekends and holidays I'm slower, though I've been known to show up then too.
Fair usage applies. I'm one person.
More common than you'd think. People who've been at this a while are often so deep in doing things that they've lost track of what's actually not working.
Start with where you are. Tell me what you're building, what you've tried, where it feels stuck. I'll ask the questions from there. You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.
Most coaching that doesn't work fails for one of two reasons. Either it's generic enough to apply to everyone, which means it doesn't really apply to anyone, or it's purely tactical without ever looking at what's actually causing the problem in the first place.
This isn't a program with a curriculum everyone moves through regardless of whether it fits. It's built around your situation. What you've built, what you've tried, what keeps going sideways for you specifically.
If you've done the generic route and it didn't land, that's useful information. It's part of the pattern I'd want to look at.
Most people building an online business are doing it completely alone. They make decisions in a vacuum, second-guess everything, and go down rabbit holes for weeks that a second set of eyes would have flagged in five minutes.
Having someone to think with changes that. Not just for the big strategic questions but for the small daily ones that quietly drain you. Should I bother with this? Is this copy doing what I think it's doing? Am I overcomplicating this again? Those questions don't have to just rattle around in your head unanswered.
Good instinct. Advice that arrives before understanding is usually just noise.
My background is in psychotherapy. Before anything else, I want to understand the whole picture. What you've built, what you've tried, what you keep going back to, what you keep avoiding. The avoiding part is usually where the real answer lives.
This is your business. You're the one running it. My job isn't to hand you a plan and tell you to execute it. We figure out the direction together, based on your situation, your goals, and what actually fits how you work. I'm not looking to run your business. If I wanted another one of those, I'd start my own.
You can, and some of it is decent. But the people in those groups aren't on your team. They're not spending time getting to know you, your history, what you've already tried, or what you're actually trying to build. They're answering the question you asked, not the situation underneath it. One reply, from someone who knows nothing about you, and then they're gone.
Over time I know what you've built, what patterns keep coming up, what you tend to avoid and what you tend to overbuild. That accumulated context is what makes the feedback actually useful instead of just plausible-sounding.
Honestly, this coaching is designed for people who've already been at it for a while and can't figure out why things aren't clicking. If you've got some experience, some half-built things, maybe even some sales that didn't turn into anything lasting, this is built for that situation.
If you're just getting started and want to do it right from the beginning, reach out at kevin @ pyragonics.com and tell me where you are. I'm open to working with people at the start of the road on a case by case basis. Worth a conversation.
Online businesses broadly. Info products, coaching, digital services, affiliate marketing, even MLM. The model matters less than the patterns underneath it, and those tend to repeat regardless of what someone's selling.
Not sure if your situation fits? Email me at kevin @ pyragonics.com and describe what you're working on. I'll give you a straight answer.
Honest answer: I don't know yet. There are too many variables. Work ethic, timing, what you've already got in place, how clearly you can identify what's actually been holding things back.
What I can tell you is that if you've been at this a while, kept starting over, kept buying things hoping one would finally click, and nothing's changed, then more of the same won't fix it. At some point it's not about finding the right tool or the right course. It's about understanding the pattern underneath all of it.
That's what this is for.
Honestly, that goes both ways. Maybe after reading this you're not sure I'm the right person for your situation. Maybe you've got questions before you pull the trigger. Either way, email me first at kevin @ pyragonics.com. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a straight conversation.
